This 40-minute, video-based lesson provides an overview of the Health Links™ program, along with insights into the six Health Links™ benchmarks that comprise the Healthy Workplace Assessment, why they are important, and how organizations can use the Health Links assessment to help improve their overall culture of health and safety unique to their workplace.
Learners will complete the course feeling prepared to talk to other like-minded organization's about the benefits of becoming a Certified Healthy Business, identify the six benchmarks within the Health Links assessment, know how to become Certified, and gain tangible strategies for implementing Total Worker Health® in the workplace.

This course is intended for individuals interested in learning about Total Worker Health strategies and Health Links Ambassadors who would like more knowledge about the program.
